We've all had dealings with companies where they've promised to phone back or promised to do something, and then haven't.

Usually, this ends up with them making MORE money from us somehow.

One of the big utility companies makes over £180,000 PROFIT from their 0870 complaints line.

Where is the incentive to get thigs done correctly when that sort of money is made from doing things BADLY?
